The Lens-Artist challenge this week is hosted by Amy with the theme, Under the Sun. I’m not good with very high temps so early mornings and late afternoon/evenings are the best time for me to be out and about.

Our neighbours enjoying the early morning sunshine

This little primrose is half hidden under a bush but still managed to catch the sun

We found this quite by chance and enjoyed brunch in the not too hot sunshine overlooking the small marina

A lone tree under a beautiful sky

Beautiful images Cathy and what lovely neighbours you have! Enjoy the rest of your day and please give Finn a big pat from us all 🤗💖🐕 xxx

I wasn’t aware of this photo challenge, so thanks for linking to it, Cathy.
Like you, I’m not good with heat or humidity. Early mornings are best for me, especially because there are not many other people up and about at that time of the day.
All lovely photos, especially the lone tree. Trees come in very handy when looking to cool down in some shade.

Thanks, Hugh. Not having many people is a definite bonus. It’s been so busy here the last few weeks. I think a move to the country is on the cards 😉

Once the schools go back, I expect it will be less busy, Cathy (except on the weekends). Come late October; even the weekends tend to be quiet in Swansea Bay. I’m looking forward to autumn.

Yes, it will get less busy. I love autumn, Hugh. It might just be my favourite season. If we’re lucky we’ll get nice weather without the high temps.
