Welcome to the Sunday Stills feature created and hosted by Terri Webster Schrandt at Second Wind Leisure Perspectives.
This week theme is a Fall Colour Challenge: Ochre
The header photo was taken on a visit to the Wolf Conservation Trust on a bitterly cold day in October. The following photos show a misty October morning in the Cotswolds.

Years ago a friend and I went to stay with another friend who lives just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. These lovely scenes are just a couple of the places she took us to.

I’d never seen a white squirrel before and this little chap seemed quite happy in the fallen leaves in the middle of Boston. I wonder if he was used to people feeding him and was waiting for treats…unfortunately he was doomed to disappointment…we didn’t have anything to give him.

Glorious autumn scenes and beautiful photographs Cathy, I especially love those from Boston and the white squirrel looks adorable! Wishing you a happy Sunday and much love from our house to yours 🤗💖🐕 xxx

I love how the white of the wolves and the squirrel pop against the ochre of the scenery and leaves. Quite stunning, Cathy!

You’ve covered ochre beautifully Cathy! That white squirrel is really something among the colour of the leaves!

Cathy, I see that stone building is popular all over the world. Just this morning I went past one beside the harbour and thought of all the ones I had seen in my travels. As usual beautiful captures of our natural world.

I didn’t either, until I saw this one.

What gorgeous fall colors! My favorite photo is the one with the mill. The white squirrel is so pretty. I didn’t know there were white squirrels. I’ve only seen gray ones and red ones here.
