Welcome to this week’s Sunday Stills feature, hosted by Susanne from Cats and Trails and Garden Tales, standing in for Terri Webster Schrandt.

This week’s theme is Winter Wonderland. It’s years since we’d had snow where we lived, probably about seven or eight, and that was a one off. These photos were taken in the mountains of Snowdonia and the Cumbrian hills.

Pendle Hill above and below (we didn’t see any witches)

What a wonderful place with a wonderful name – Snowdonia! 🙂 I would love to visit someday. Your snowy pictures are gorgeous!

Lovely pictures, but you really mustn’t confuse my poor befuddled mind by posting a Sunday Stills post on a Wednesday… 😉

Beautiful, Cathy. I light dusting of snow is better than none at all at this time of the year. Although I believe I’ve witnessed more white Easters than white Christmases.

Thanks, Hugh and I agree, a little is better than none. Yes, we’ve had quite a few white Easters, I’ve given up wishing for a white Christmas.

I think we have a much better chance of catching the movie by the same name than experiencing a white Christmas, Cathy.

A beautiful dusting of snow, Cathy. Reminds me of confectioners sugar. Playing catch up with posts. Back to Sunday Stills tomorrow!
