Geraniums are such hardy plants that keep on flowering for months and the one you have shared Cathy is stunning. Funnily enough I never grew deep red roses which are popular with most flower gardeners. I preferred the more old fashioned varieties that weren’t very good for picking though a lovely display in the garden.

Thanks, Suzanne. I’m quite partial to geraniums, they do give great value for money. I never seemed to have much success with roses so stopped growing them. I just enjoy them in bouquets now.
