My entry for Cee’s flower of the day challenge (14th June) is hebe. We have several of these shrubs which are great for attracting bees and butterflies. At the moment they’re swarmimg with bees and a lone butterfly.

#FOTD Flower of the Day ~ Cherry Laurel? #Photography #Nature #Flowers

My entry for Cee’s flower of the day is from a large shrub or small tree that was well established in the garden when we moved to the house. After a google search, the nearest I came to naming it was cherry laurel.

My choice for June 2nd is another flower that was already in situ, but I do know what it is (with the help of Google) Erigeron ‘Sea Breeze’, great for attracting pollinators.
